CALDsoft is an easy to use software. For this reason, low technical support is required.

On the other hand, if you still have any doubt on how to work with the software or any installation details, the user can check the program manual. This manual includes a full package of tips, examples, procedures and explanations.

Based on our experience, we already noticed that the users used the program right away, even without checking the User Manual once the program is highly intuitive and quite friendly. Most of our customers use CALDsoft at the factory, where the program is used by boiler operators and assemblers.
