Flex:

With this tool the CALDsoft can unfold any transition. For this the coordinateds X, Y and Z of the two edges points must be informed in the flex table. The Flex tool can also unfold any AutoCAD project only selecting the edge points that the CALDsoft can make the calculation.

Creating your own figures:

With the new CALDsoft you will be able to create your own parameter figures. This tool is suitable to design flat patterns and drawing of pieces normally used in your company. Hence, generating drawings automatically.

Viewing and working in 3D interface:

All pieces may be viewed in 3D interface allowing assembly dimension checking as well as export 3D interface figures into AutoCAD.

Metal sheet nesting:

The metal sheet nesting allows distribution of all calculated flat patterns on one or more standard metal sheets used by the user. This tool allows significant scrap reduction in addition to helping the boiler operator to mark the points over the metal sheet once he will have an exact view of the design.
Thus avoiding border points to stay out of the metal sheet area with consequential elimination of amendments or new design. Besides having available individual drawings of each flat pattern, the designer is allowed to count on a cutting plan by viewing each piece on the metal sheet, avoiding that he has to take such decision for further save of raw material.

SuperTransition© Module:

With the SuperTransition© Module you will be able to calculate infinite different flat patterns once it is flexible and its transition is no longer limited by pre-defined figures resulting in more flexibility to the user in order to create shape transitions. Applying the Cure Path Assistant you can create variable or constant section transitions by following a defined path (the initial and the final one, for example) and CALDsoft will automatically calculate and unfold all intermediate sections.

Cost and Budget Module:

With the cost module you will be able to provide budgets quickly and precisely by using the weight calculation of all flat patterns performed automatically by CALDsoft, and by also organizing all raw material cost tables. These calculations can be exported onto electronic spread sheet(For example, Microsoft Excel) or text editors (For example, Microsoft Word).
You can also use and organize other material data (profiles, corners, bolts, etc) so as to provide cost and budgets.
